Privacy Notice
Effective date: October 3, 2026
OUTSOURCED BOOKKEEPING PRO, LLC operates outsourcedbookkeepingpro.com. This notice explains how we handle website information and service inquiries. Client bookkeeping records are addressed separately in the engagement terms.
Inquiries and website operation
Our contact form asks for your name, business name, business email, business type, QuickBooks Online status, whether your books are current, and the help you need. Phone number and approximate monthly transaction volume are optional. The form has no upload field. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, banking details or confidential financial records through the form or ordinary email.
We use inquiries to respond and discuss the services you requested. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in promotional emails. Website inquiries are routed to our business inbox, gabriel@outsourcedbookkeepingpro.com. Contact Form 7 itself does not save submissions, but email and service systems may retain copies.
IONOS hosts our WordPress website. Hosting, mail-delivery and mailbox providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Their systems may also retain operational or security logs and backups. We use Google Analytics as described below. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
Analytics and your choices
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and identifiers to help us understand website visits and interactions. This can include pages viewed, referral information and basic browser or device information. We also count successful inquiry submissions when analytics is accepted. Our custom submission event includes a form identifier; it does not include the values entered into the inquiry form.
Analytics is optional. Choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics in Cookie settings. Both choices are available together, and you can use the website and inquiry form without accepting. The site does not load Google Analytics or send analytics requests before acceptance or while your choice is rejection.
You can reopen Cookie settings and choose Withdraw analytics at any time. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and clears the site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies without resetting your inquiry form. It does not automatically erase information already received by Google.
We save your choice in this browser’s local storage for 180 days. This preference records your choice rather than a tracking identifier. If you clear site storage, use another browser or device, or block storage, the saved choice may be unavailable and you may be asked again. Analytics remains off unless you accept.
Analytics settings and retention
We have disabled advertising personalization and granular location and device-data collection in Google Analytics. Google signals and user-provided data collection are also off. Optional account sharing for Google products and services, modeling contributions and business insights, and business recommendations is disabled. Technical-support access remains enabled so Google support can investigate problems when needed. These settings do not prevent Google from processing information to provide Analytics. See Google’s explanation of data-sharing settings and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Our policy is to remove unsuccessful inquiries from the active business mailbox six months after the last contact, subject to legal or dispute holds. Correspondence that becomes part of a client engagement is handled under that engagement’s retention terms.
Provider logs and backups have their own retention settings and cycles. Removing an inquiry from the active mailbox does not necessarily erase every provider or backup copy immediately. We do not promise a single deletion date for those copies.
Our Google Analytics settings are two months for event-data retention and 14 months for user-data retention, with user retention resetting on new activity. These controls do not govern all aggregate reports or provider records. See Google’s explanation of retention and activity resets.
